Day three of our self isolation! (Eleven more to go?!!?)

Well, what a time to be thinking of holidays in the sun etc...

We both have had colds recently and we both have had a high temperature, she who must be obeyed still has! I started coughing a lot last night and I am still coughing today, so we really ought to be keeping our distance from each other now, along with neighbour's, family and friends. I doubt we have nothing more than a common cold, but we have to take heed of the warnings from Boris and his merry men/women!

I have to say the day drags on, TV is awful and I thank someones God for Netflix/Prime and catch up TV showing old comedy programs like the Two Ronnies! We will be getting the playing cards out next! Hang on, scratch that!!!! That's just passing our germs to one another every few seconds...🤔

Tomorrow, we should have been jetting off to Gran Canaria, for a week of over indulgence and sunshine but, as you no doubt know, that has been cancelled too!

Out of interest, I googled a webcam for near where we were stopping to see what it was like and how bad this lock down had been, I was stunned! No one, hardly no one, walking around during the day in the sunshine and absolutely no one walking around at night! This morning it looks a little and I stress, a little, busier but the cafes and bars look to be shut. Perhaps this virus is really as bad as Boris tells us? Let's hope not!
